Mark T. Arden
Mark was born in Columbia, South Carolina on July 19, 1961. In 1983, he graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. In 1986, Mark graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta.
Mark was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1986. He was admitted to the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1987 and to the United States Supreme Court in 1991. He is co-author of Advanced Workers' Compensation in South Carolina (NBI, Inc. 1997). He is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, South Carolina Workers' Compensation Claimants' Association, and the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Educational Association.
Mark concentrates his practice in Workers' Compensation, Administrative Law, Litigation and Personal Injury Matters.
