Biography: Served as President of South Carolina Workers' Compensation Claimant Attorneys Association, 1999-2001; Legislation Committee of South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association: Past Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section of the South Carolina Bar and currently serves on the Council of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Bar; currently serves on the Board of the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Educational Association representing the South Carolina AFL-CIO; Board of Directors for Kid's Chance of South Carolina (an organization that provides scholarships to children of workers' who are killed or sustain permanently disability injuries as a result of on-the-job injuries); frequent speaker on Workers' Compensation issues.
